Management is essential

Hi..I am currently serving as a Senior Manager in a well reputed Sports Shoe company.I have around 50 employees working directy under me..As everybody know people management has always been a field of uncertainty.Its always challenging,ever confusing but always fascinating.When i say its fascinating it means the higly unpredictable human minds.To integrate many diverse minds in a company and to put them in work is a crucial and essential job of a Manager like me.As a loyal servant to my company i have always tried many ways of handling teams,resolving issues and handling customers.

To be more specific the expenses that comes out of my people are always difficult to resolve.Things go unnoticed during the busy day making descions and monitoring the activities.And finally its a tough evening to sit and tally all the expeses.Many a times i get exhausted and vexed on my own ways of handling expenses.
